If we are unable to address your questions or if you remain dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to close your account and refund your last transaction within 90 days of the billing date of that transaction. You can expect the refund back to your original card within three to five business days.

In addition to our refund policy we also offer a search credit for any unsuccessful search. You can expect the refund back to your original card within three to five business days.

Refunds
Refund requests for cancelled Accounts may be made at any time by contacting us at support@usdmvcheck.com. Once our support receives your request they will be able to immediately provide a refund to the user back to there original card within 90 days of purchase.

Our reports are provided on an as-is basis. They are compiled from information provided by government agencies. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information provided to us. We cannot guarantee that all of the information providedby the government will be up to date. We make no real or implied warranties about our reports. We will not be held liable for any damages, real or imagined, caused by the information in our reports.
